PERSONALISATION - What's the process?

All KC & CO personalised items are hand stamped using brass-cut die and hot stamping foil. There will be a slight difference between every product due to the natural variations in process. 

Stamping foil on naturally textured skin may allow minor imperfections in the stamping, if you are concerned about this we would recommend you to purchase pebble skin items. Pebble skin items allow for the foil to lay as flat as possible and get the best result.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized items. Please be aware of this before purchasing

The personalised letters currently available are Times New Roman font  A-Z and numbers 0-9. You can personalise up to 3 characters, please contact us in advance if you would like 3 characters embossed.

What is the refund policy? 

All our items are non refundable due to personalisation.

What colours can i emboss my item in?

Gold, silver & rose gold

 

How many letters can i emboss on my item?

We recommend 2. Please contact in advance if you would like 3 letters embossed.

All payments on kcandco.co.uk are 100% secure, we accept all major credit cards, Paypal & google pay all transactions are taken in Great British pounds.



Can I change my order?

Please contact us within 12 hours of your order to make any changes to your order 

 

What if I have not received my order? 

 

If your order is yet to arrive please be patient as it is more than likely to be in transit, if you have not received a tracking number feel free to contact us at info@kcandco.co.uk for an update on the status of your order.

 

Do I have to pay for customs charges on my orders?

Unfortunately KC & CO is unable to determine what customs charges may be applied to overseas shipments. All customs charges (if any) are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by KC & CO. For more in depth information, we would suggest contacting your local customs office. 

 

Is it safe to order online?

You can rest assured that shopping with kc&co is safe. We use the most up to date security systems and encryption software to ensure your personal details such as name, address and bank details are kept safe and secure. 

 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect order? 

We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect item. Please send us a message at info@kcandco.co.uk with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details we will be in touch within 3 business days to resolve your issue.

 

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges due to the personalisation made to your item.
